Instructions:
1) Buyer sends an e-mail requesting for a price, conditions and terms quotation.
2) Buyer sends complete contact information for NCNDA
3) After acceptance of price quoted, Buyer submits a newly dated (no older then 3 business days) Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) or Letter of Intent (LOI) and a Bank Ready, Willing Able Letter (bank RWA Letter) or Soft Probe Authorization.
